Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on RevOps Admin to own and develop our Salesforce and HubSpot platforms. You will make sure data is accurate and useful, processes are clear and consistent, and teams have the tools and insights they need to do their best work. As part of the Revenue Operations Function, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, supporting the full customer journey from lead to renewal with thoughtful configuration, reporting, and enablement.
This role suits someone who enjoys improving systems, asking clarifying questions to understand objectives, analysing what is currently available, and providing practical insights. You will not only deliver reports and dashboards but also explain how to access, edit, and use them effectively.
Responsibilities:
Administration and governance: Manage users, permissions, roles, objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows and routine maintenance across Salesforce and HubSpot. Carry out regular data audits, de duplication and health checks.
Process design and enablement: Work with stakeholders to refine lead capture, scoring and routing, lifecycle stages, opportunity stages, renewals, and handoffs between teams. Keep process documentation clear and current.
Reporting and insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, campaign performance, funnel conversion, renewals, and adoption. Share practical insights and suggestions to improve outcomes.
Integrations and automation: Maintain and improve the Salesforce to HubSpot sync. Support connections with tools such as finance, support, product analytics and BI. Identify automation opportunities that remove manual work and reduce errors.
Training and support: Provide first line support for users. Create simple guides, how to videos and run drop in sessions. Promote good data habits and consistent use of the systems.
Change management: Plan and deliver small to medium changes with clear testing and communication. Gather feedback and measure impact.
Skills and Experience:
Key Skills
2-4 years working with CRM platforms in a B2B environment, preferably SaaS focussed
Practical experience administering Salesforce and HubSpot
Good understanding of sales and marketing workflows from lead to customer and renewal
Confidence building reports and dashboards, with the ability to ask clarifying questions, understand the use case, and provide insights rather than just numbers
Care for data quality and detail with a friendly problem solving approach
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with colleagues at every level
Desirable Skills
Salesforce Administrator and/or HubSpot certifications
Experience with integrations and connectors such as native sync, middleware or APIs
Exposure to Customer Success processes and renewal forecasting
Knowledge or experience working with Asana or similar project management tools
