Unlimited holidays
We believe in trusting people to manage their workload and take ownership of their performance. So, when you join us, you can get unlimited paid holidays with no annual allowance. And before you ask; No - Nobody takes the whole year off! -
Private health insurance
Benefit from a private AXA healthcare plan when you join our team. In addition to regular medical care, it also includes increased cover for physical and mental therapies to help our teams take care of themselves when they need it most, out of hours GP, dental and optical fees cover and even a 24h health helpline. -
Paid parental leave
We want to support our employees whenever they need to take time to welcome new family members into the world. We offer 26 weeks full-pay maternity leave and an additional 12 weeks at statutory maternity pay. We also offer a cumulative amount of five weeks full-pay paternity leave. And as an extra welcome, we send all of our new arrivals a baby hamper to help with those “functioning with no sleep” moments too. -
