• How do I register my interest to work for CloudM?

  It’s as simple as clicking the connect button above! You can always scroll through our open vacancies but even if nothing quite fits; we’re always on the lookout for top talent. So connect with us, tell us what kind of opportunities you’re looking for, what your skills are and we’ll be in touch. The more information you leave us the better.

• If I connect with you, how soon should I hear back?

  If you have skills we need, but aren’t looking for just yet, we may still get in touch straight away. Otherwise, your application will go into our searchable database, so when we need skills like yours in the future you’ll be the first to know. 
  

  Connecting also means that you’ll be alerted as soon as a relevant role is advertised too!

• How can I make my CV stand out?

  • Professional achievements for each job role
  • Clear (easy to read) 
  • Clarity on what you’re looking for in the next stage of your career
  • Any professional certifications that you have completed

• What’s the process when I apply for a role?

  Once we’ve reviewed your skills and determined whether your experience fits the role requirements one of our team members will call you for an initial screening. 

  The same team member will take you through the interview process (which for most technical roles will include an online technical test) and be your point of contact throughout your application.

• Will I receive feedback?

  Always. Our business has a culture of feedback, if you take the time to interview with us - we take the time to feed back, regardless of the outcome.
  

  However, due to the high volume of applications received for each post, feedback will not be provided on individual application forms.

• Can I apply for more than one job at a time?

  Yes, you can. But try to focus on the roles that are best suited to your skills.
  

• How do you support disabled applicants?

  CloudM values creating an inclusive workplace that brings out the best in all employees regardless of their personal characteristics. If you require any reasonable adjustments within any one of the recruitment stages, please feel confident to contact our recruitment team who will be more than happy to ensure that the required level of support is in place for you.
  

• What is CloudM's approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion?

  CloudM has an industry-focused approach to DEI. That means that not only do we ensure to be inclusive in our own recruitment practices, we actively work within our industry and communities to inspire and develop those who may not always have the opportunity to get a step up into tech.

• Do you offer volunteer placements, internships or work experience?

  We do, but only have limited availability. If you’re interested please connect with us using the team “Placements, internships and work experience” and we’ll be in touch if we have any relevant opportunities. 
  

• Do you hire roles outside of the UK?

  We currently hire in the UK and Bulgaria, but if you live elsewhere feel free to connect with us and we’ll be in contact if we expand to your location!
  

• What is your approach to flexible working?

  We support all types of flexible working: hours, location, days. It’s always best to be up front with our recruiters from day one on how you would like to work. After all - We can’t work around you if we don’t know what you need!
