Role Overview:
As a Solutions Architect, you are the technical lead in front of customers and partners across the qualification, proposal, and design stages of the sales cycle. You architect solutions across the CloudM platform, Migrate, Automate, and Continuity, and translate that work into clean, well-scoped Statements of Work that set delivery up for success.
CloudM sells through a partner ecosystem as well as directly, and you'll work comfortably across both. Day to day, that means close collaboration with Sales, Growth, and Partner Managers to move deals forward and ensure the right solution lands with the right customer. The role is global in practice, so flexibility across time zones comes with the territory.
Responsibilities:
Technical lead on qualification and proposal: Work alongside Sales, Growth, and Partner Managers to qualify opportunities, run discovery, and shape proposals, including live product demonstrations.
Capture customer requirements: Work closely with customers to understand and document their needs, then translate those into solution designs across the CloudM platform.
Design and present solutions: Architect solutions using Migrate, Automate, and Continuity, and present proposals alongside the Sales or Growth lead.
Scope delivery: Collaborate with Sales and Growth to produce clear Statements of Work that give Professional Services a clean foundation for delivery.
Respond to information requests: Handle RFIs, RFPs, and proposal requests with accurate, well-structured responses.
Partner-facing technical engagement: Work alongside Partner Managers to help partners architect CloudM solutions into their own go-to-market motions.
Contribute to customer-facing content: Author or contribute to whitepapers, tutorials, and blogs, and support business development initiatives where your expertise adds value.
Use AI tooling as a force multiplier: Bring AI-augmented workflows into your day-to-day practice - this is an expectation as the broader business continues to invest in these tools.
Skills and Experience:
Key Skills
2+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer role
Deep technical experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
Experience working alongside sales teams and within structured sales processes
A confident, independent communicator — comfortable operating at all levels of a customer organisation
The ability to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving instincts with a bias to take ownership and drive things to resolution
A track record of identifying where improvements are needed, prioritising them, and seeing corrective action through
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with migration, data protection, or identity tooling — such as DLP, archiving, or signature management
Exposure to a partner-led go-to-market model
Comfortable working within a modern sales technology stack, including CRM and quote management tools
Experience using AI tooling as a force multiplier in sales or delivery workflows

Location:
Hybrid role based in Varna, Bulgaria. Commutable distance to our office in Varna is required.
