Our DEI workshops are designed not to teach the ‘right’ way but to encourage conversation about DEI issues, and to convey why it’s so important not to brush them under the carpet. We are working to have everyone at our business (from the board to the apprentices!) experience these sessions.

Every month we publish a blog on a diversity based topic, followed by an open-to-all lunch discussion session. We use these sessions to share thoughts, listen to experiences and even debate understandings. It’s all healthy conversation!
