We have an exciting opportunity within our high-performing B2B sales function. As a successful candidate, your primary focus will be to help increase the market penetration of the CloudM software suite within the US territory.
The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn, a desire to drive activity within their base of clients, and a keen interest in being successful and growing in line with a growing business.
You will be responsible for the qualification of all new leads, following up on potential prospects, and identifying new opportunities.You will be working in a high-performing sales team, with the opportunity to increase your knowledge and skills quickly through ongoing training and development.
You will demonstrate a positive attitude towards excelling and progressing within a fast-growing award-winning organization.
What you’ll do:
Identify target contacts within potential customers
Define and execute against a comprehensive account plan
Plan approaches & pitches, working with others to develop a proposal that addresses the client’s needs, concerns & objectives
Proactively follow up on opportunities to close deals
Follow up on inbound marketing activity, leads and inquiries
Profile & and prospect new accounts via calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc…
Qualify and nurture lead queues
Identify opportunities for upselling within existing customers
Update the CRM and other relevant systems/reports on a daily basis to ensure data is up-to-date and relevant
Manage account base and upselling in line with remit and KPIs
Work to KPIs as set by your line manager
You’ll get involved in our drive towards social progress where possible. Whether that’s getting involved in one of our community projects or simply buying local when traveling with the company
Previous experience working within a business development, sales or ‘cold calling’/outbounding role
Exceptional team player
Excellent people management skills and the ability to drive sales results
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
