As part of CloudM’s continued growth an exciting opportunity is available for a Marketing Executive to join a friendly, fast paced and ambitious marketing team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Marketing Lead and work closely with the other members of the marketing function.
CloudM has significant expansion plans in 2022/2023, so this role will be an integral part of the company's growth, and will support not only the marketing team, but will also have regular contact with the business development and sales functions.
With support from the Marketing Lead and the wider marketing team, the role will enable you to take ownership of our organic and paid social media strategy, implement changes to the website through our easy to use but sophisticated CMS, get involved with key SEO activity, assist with our product marketing strategy, use your copywriting skills for all areas of the business and assist with our paid and organic search strategies.
What you’ll do:
Take ownership of our organic social media strategy.
Copywriting for blogs, case studies and other forms of content.
Create and implement effective paid social media campaigns.
Liaise with our product team to communicate product changes to customers.
Make website changes through our custom built CMS.
Contribute to our Conversion Rate Optimisation strategy.
Help grow our paid search campaigns through keyword analysis and research.
Become comfortable with our powerful CRM system - Hubspot.
Assist with our ongoing Search Engine Optimisation strategy.
Communicate with 3rd party publications to help boost our online presence.
Knowledge or experience using Google Workspace (G Suite) or Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of social media platforms Linkedin, Twitter & Facebook, and experience using their advertising tools.
Previous long form copywriting experience.
Previous experience making website changes using a Content Management System.
Experience creating content using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Experience writing copy for social media posts, paid adverts and website content.
An eye for detail and an interest in data analysis.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience using the adobe creative cloud suite of products.
Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Experience using Reddit for organic and paid social.
Experience creating and managing paid search ads.
Experience using email marketing platforms.
Experience creating formulas, tables and dashboards in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
