We are looking for an organised and career driven People coordinator to join our People Operations Team on a part-time & permanent basis. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the function, working with a focus on benefits administration and employee experience.
In addition, you will own process improvement projects such as managing the revamp of our induction processes for UK & International teams. The ideal candidate will be organised and approachable, taking ownership of projects and prioritising their workload whilst supporting the needs of the business. You will have the opportunity to develop stakeholder management and junior business partnering skills in this role.
What you’ll do:
You’ll take ownership of all HR administration such as contract preparations, letter writing, commission plan execution with the opportunity to do minute taking in formal meetings.
You’ll help manage the probation and pension processes ensuring employees are enrolled onto the relevant platforms and be at hand to answer queries.
Run employee benefits training sessions on a regular basis and coordinate external training sessions with our broker.
You’ll have a focus on employee retention and will help to engage our teams in social events, as well as managing process improvement projects (retention interviews & focus sessions) which will ultimately benefit all employees’ experience including our International teams.
Taking the reins on creating new ways to increase employee engagement, and support with employee wellbeing initiatives across the business.
You’ll run inductions for our new starters and think of ways to improve the process.
Handling day-to-day queries and providing basic HR advice.
Engaging our employees via internal communications channels (chat-rooms, face to face and on company calls).
Proactively using employee feedback to create new and exciting initiatives.
Retrieving company equipment from leavers (laptops etc.).
CIPD Level 3
Calm and organised, able to manage multi-faceted, fast paced projects.
Approachable and conscientious, a strong team ethic.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrate good attention to detail.
Always acts with integrity and confidentiality.
Prior knowledge of administering HR processes is essential (2+ years).

Part time working - This is a 30 hour a week role worked across Mon - Fri. There is flexibility around which hours you work.
