We are seeking a proven software sales professional to sell our market leading platform and migration technology to Microsoft customers and partners throughout the US. As our Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle whether that be through channel partners or direct customers. We are looking for an experienced, driven and success-oriented individual with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, a self-starter mindset and a strong desire to help us grow our US Microsoft business.
What you’ll do:
Work closely with our Microsoft Sales Leads and US tech team to grow our Microsoft business throughout the US.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position
Manage the complete sales-cycle from lead generation to initial contact, nurturing and relationship-building all the way through to close.
Build relationships within our channel partners to generate new business.
Use proven solution sales techniques to deliver pitches that articulate our platform and the value proposition.
Understand our platform to a level of technical detail that enables you to work independently as much as possible.
5+years of sales experience.
Proven examples of selling software in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience of working with Microsoft resellers of varying sizes.
Proven ability to generate and close $100,000+ deals.
Willing to travel across the US with occasional trips to the UK.
Highly motivated, problem solver who is able to work independently
Someone who is excited by the challenge of building and grow a new business unit.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge
Attention to detail
Ability to speak an additional language fluently i.e. Spanish.
